Anthony Peake on the Immortal Mind

Anthony Peake is a writer who deals with borderline areas of human consciousness. Born in 1954, he grew up on the Wirral, near Liverpool, England. He was educated at Wirral Grammar School, Warwick University and the London School of Economics. He is a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, The Scientific & Medical Network and the Society for Psychic Research. In his previous two books Anthony has presented a potentially paradigm-changing hypothesis that suggests that human consciousness survives the physical death of the body by falling out of time. The Immortal Mind: Science and the Continuity of Consciousness Beyond the Brain is co-authored with Ervin Laszlo. The authors explore how consciousness is continually present in the cosmos and can exist without connection to a living organism. They examine the rapidly growing body of scientific evidence supporting the continuity of consciousness, including near-death experiences, after-death communication, reincarnation, and neurosensory information received in altered states.
