Special family recipe pear jam made with candied chestnuts and their syrup
Using the leftover syrup from my Candied Chestnut recipe (see my YouTube video: https://youtu.be/dvzp4rOORKc), you can make this unique pear jam. This is a family recipe completely made up by my mother. It is really delicious with scones and on pancakes.
