This session is inversion-free (yay!) and focuses on deep stretches for flexibility, poses to ease back tension, and strength-building movements. We’ll work into splits, straddle, twists, and side bends to release tightness and leave your body feeling refreshed. And of course, we’ll finish with a blissful savasana for that ultimate moment of relaxation.
