In this video you can go on a shamanic drum journey to the lower world to meet your power animal. A power animal is an agent for the sacred, and you can ask your power animal for help and they are at your service. It can guide you and help you in your everyday life, and they can be used as helpers in shamanic healing work.
The sound of the drum is the sonic drive for your journey.
Before your journey: Let go of ego. Let go of self doubt. Travel with your free spirit, and not your physical body. Don't be judgemental over anything. Use all your senses on your journey, and when you come back from your journey, you must interpret what you experienced on your trip.
