1988 Acura Legend Tune Up: Cap, Rotor, Fuel Filter, Plug wires, fresh Oil

Today I'm working on the $350 1988 Acura Legend that has been sitting for 10 years. I have a new Cap, Rotor, Fuel Filter, Plug wires, and fresh Oil/filter. I ordered new injectors but they haven't arrived yet, so let's see if the tune-up helps the engine run better.

Last time I replaced the ECU because I think the old one got wet from the leaking sunroof while the car sat. After a lot of cranking, the car finally started but ran rough: https://youtu.be/DqKlgYjvRdU
