The Best Barbarian Subclasses - D&D 5e Primal Path Ratings 💪😤

The Barbarian may be the most well-designed class in D&D 5e. While some classes rely heavily on subclasses to remain interesting, a Barbarian without a subclass would still be a useful character. Keeping that in mind, I’ve reviewed each official-content Barbarian Primal Path to evaluate how they measure up to one another. My ratings use a five-star system based on Primal Path features, game design, fun, versatility, and lore/roleplaying for each subclass. The Paths are presented in alphabetical order.
