Robert Q. Lewis on "I've Got a Secret" (September 9, 1959)

Robert Q. Lewis appears on a 1959 episode of "I've Got a Secret" doing beatnik schtick. His secret is that panelist Henry Morgan, who had recently released a comedy album that included poetry recited over jazz, would be taken after the program to the Village Vanguard to recite his poetry to an actual live audience.

We get to see a couple minutes of Henry reciting some of this to jazz played by Norman Paris. It's actually pretty funny. I think this is from his album "The Saint and the Sinner" but I haven't yet been able to play it to be sure of that.

Program host is Garry Moore; the panelists are Bill Cullen, Bess Myerson, Henry Morgan, and Betsy Palmer.
