Inquiry List Function Introduction and Operation！

After binding your store in Tangbuy Dropshipping, enter the Inquiry List feature, where you can submit your product customization requirements. We will match you with suitable manufacturers for customization based on your needs.
The Inquiry List consists of two sections: Pending Inquiry List and Inquiry Order.
The Pending Inquiry List is used to submit customization requests or arrange stock preparation for products.
The Inquiry Order allows you to check detailed updates of your submitted customization requests.
In the Pending Inquiry List, click Add Product in the upper right corner and select corresponding options to quickly add products to the list.
1. If the item you want to customize is an official TangbuyDS product:
Click Customize TangbuyDS Official Products to enter the product pool. Select your desired product and SKU, then click Add to Inquiry List to add it to the Pending Inquiry List.
2. If the item is a new source product found via manual product search:
Click Customize Personalized Products, then directly add the product source link to the Pending Inquiry List.
3. If the item is already in your store with a confirmed supplier source:
Click Custom sourcing products, select the target product and SKU from your store, and add it directly to the Pending Inquiry List.
After adding products to the Pending Inquiry List, you may choose to purchase and stock them in our warehouse, arrange direct shipping to your address, or submit customization requirements for us to coordinate with manufacturers.
Select the products you need to stock, click Direct purchase, choose either our warehouse for inventory storage or your own address for direct delivery, then submit the order and complete payment on the order page.
Once all products to be customized are added to the Pending Inquiry List, you may submit purchasing requests for single or multiple items:
● If multiple products share the same customization requirements: select all relevant items, click , fill in your personal information, contact details and specific customization requests, then submit.
● If each product has different customization requirements: select one item at a time, enter its corresponding information via Inquiry List, and submit separately.
After submission, our staff will contact you within 1 working day to update you on the customization progress.
In Inquiry Order, you can track the progress of your customization requests at any time. Once the customization plan is confirmed, you can view the finalized product price and related details here. After verifying all product information and pricing, you can place and pay for the order. Payment confirmation will be synchronized to the manufacturer to start production immediately.
