In this piece, the Chinese dancers are emulating the classic Chinese painting QianLiJiangShanTu, where the female dancers are dressed in blue and green to artistically represent the mountains in the great Chinese landscape. The music used in the dance is also a classic Chinese song, played by a traditional Chinese instrument, Guzheng. The signature posture of the back-bending post is symbolic of this dance.
