CONSTRUCTION RELATED - Best way - Wedge Anchor Removal

We had a 1/2” wedge anchor used in a railing install that the engineer decided to reject, we also couldn’t shift the mounting location and had to reuse the same hole over.

These are made to not be removed and the only typical way is the cut them flush and bang them down below the surface and relocate the fixture.

We brainstormed so many different ideas and this was by far the easiest, fastest, cost effective way.

Now what we have to do is up the size of the anchor since the hole is now larger.
