So basically prior to the reunification and stuff, the people from East Germany really wanted to go to the west because the East really sucked. And the press of East Germnay announced that the gate would be opened, however, the press forgot to announce that it would only be opened in a few months, so when the citizens flooded the gates, they were forced to open it.
Then the chancellor  of West Germany decided that "Hey the two Germany-s should reunite".
But the other world leaders were like "yo wtf no stOp yOu NaZi--", but later, they decided that it wouldn't be that much of a problem. So Germany got the happy ending yaaaay.
