This was and potentially will be the hardest video I will ever post.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has stuck by my side through my battle with anorexia and also to my followers on Instagram who have followed my journey. The support given and the support that still continues to be given, means more than you could know, as does your lovely messages and comments.

Eating disorders are not based on weight and come in one size; MISERABLE.

Let's help raise awareness and break the stigma and know that if you are suffering from any form of eating disorder, that you DO deserve to recover.

As I mention, I'm not fully recovered, yet, but I'm in the best place I ever have been throughout all of this.
