Easy Milk Bread Loaf Recipe | Soft and Fluffy and Feathery

This milk bread loaf is slightly crispy on the outside yet soft, fluffy and feathery inside. This bread loaf is perfect for breakfast and even coffee time during siesta. Do this once and your family and friends will ask for more.

Recipe:

2 cups flour + little bit extra on the side
100 mL of evaporated milk
100 mL of water
1 1/2 tsp yeast + 2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp salt ( I am using Himalayan salt, if you are using iodized, just add 1/2 tsp only or else it will be too salty)
Egg wash (1 whole egg + 1 tsp milk)
