How to Make Watermelon Salsa(RECIPE)　えっ？スイカでサルサ？

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2-2 cups watermelon, cut into small pieces
Juice of 1 lime
1 tomato
1/2 red bell pepper
1 garlic clove
1/2 small onion
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch coriander
salt and pepper to taste
1 jalapeno pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Cut up watermelon into cubes. Chop bell peppers and onions. Mince garlic. Add these to the watermelon in a bowl. Chop green onions and cilantro and add to the mix. Cut up jalapeno if desired. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well to combine. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight. Enjoy!

＜材料＞
スイカ　１．５～２カップ（ダイス状に切って）
ライム　1個
トマト　1個
パプリカ　１／２個
ニンニク　１かけ
ダマネギ　小１／２個
青ネギ　数本
コリアンダー　適量
塩・胡椒・適量
ハラペーニョ　１本

＜作り方＞
材料を細かく切って、全てよく混ぜ合わせ、しばらくねかせれば出来上がり。
