Backpacking Olympic National Park | Backpacking 3 Days & 2 Nights in Enchanted Valley // Join me as I go backpacking in Olympic National Park to Enchanted Valley, one of Washington State’s most iconic backpacking destinations located in the southeast portion of Olympic National Park. Watch to see all of the backpacking food and backpacking gear I brought with me for this trip as well as the trip itself including all of the beautiful views and wildlife we saw while we were out on trail.

Starting from the Graves Creek Trailhead, we hiked along the Quinault River for 13 miles until we reached the old, abandoned chalet (that was built in the early 1930’s) - enjoying the scenery, navigating around a few blowdowns and spotting quite a bit of wildlife along the way.

Total mileage for this trip was 26 miles roundtrip with 3,700 feet elevation gain.

Backcountry camping permits for overnight camping along with hard-sided bear canisters are required here.
