These are the roti sandwiches which are really healthy and yummiest in taste,these are the healthy option for those who want to skip bread ,or sometimes breads are not available, it can be replaced by these rotis,you can use here any type of sabzi like pannerbhurji,simple green veggies,it tastes ultimate.

Ingredients
For rotis
3 cups of wheat flour
salt to taste
1/2 cup ghee
water to bind stiff dough

For stuffing
5-6 boiled potatoes
salt to taste
half lemon juice
1/2 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp aamchur powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
fresh coriander finely chopped

For tempering
1tsp oil
1/2 tsp cummin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp greenchillies,ginger&garlic paste
pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
For assembling
green chutney
butter
cheese(optional)
tomato slices
onion slices
capsicum slices
