How to Make a Rainstick | Craft for Kids

In this easy craft for kids, learn how to make a rainstick with some basic household supplies. Rainsticks are super fun musical instruments that sound like rain when turned over! They are great fun for kids!

For this DIY craft, kids will learn how to make a rainstick! This is a great activity for kids on a rainy spring day. They can see if their rainstick sounds like the rain falling outside!

This simple art and craft project is ideal for children ages 5 and older with adult supervision. It takes about 30 minutes to complete.

To make this DIY rainstick, you will need red construction paper, two paper sacks, rice, scissors, a pencil, two rubber bands, a measuring cup, a drawing compass, a paper towel roll, a wooden spoon and aluminum foil.
