Project Steps:
1. You are a benefits specialist in the Human Resources Department of Western Lake University. Lucy Pham, the department head, has asked you to create a document that you and other benefits specialists can use to request information from employees. You have already added the basic content and now need to increase its visual appeal and include elements to automate the document.

Enable macros, if you are prompted, and then verify that the Macro Security setting disables all macros with notification. (Hint: If the Macro Security setting disables all macros without notification, select the "Disable all macros with notification" option, and then close the Project document without saving it. Perform the "Getting Started" steps again, saving a new copy of the Project document over the previous one.)

Lucy created a macro to use a custom paper size and margins, though these settings have recently changed. Modify the macro as follows:
a. Edit the FormSetup macro in the Visual Basic Editor.
b. Change the PageHeight value to 6.0 to set the new height.
c. Save the revised macro and exit the Visual Basic Editor.
d. Run the FormSetup macro to change the size of the document.
2. Format the circle as follows to indicate this document is from Western Lake University:
a. Fill the circle at the top of the document with the picture in the file Support_WD365_2021_8a_Logo.png.
b. Remove the outline from the circle.
3. Fill the rounded rectangle with the Linear Up gradient from the Light Variations section of the Gradient gallery.
4. Format the text in the rounded rectangle as follows:
a. Apply All Ligatures to the text.
b. Create a new style named Form Title from the "Western Lake University" paragraph.
5. Use the Manage Styles dialog box to copy the style named Benefits from the template file Support_WD365_2021_8a_HR.dotx to your Project file.
6. Apply the Benefits style to the text "Select a benefits package from the Employee Handbook."
7. Add Lucy Pham as the Manager document property.
8. After the "For more information, contact" text in the header, insert a Quick Part using the Manager document property. [Mac Hint: From the Header & Footer tab in the Ribbon, insert a Field. Select the Category Document information, and then select the Field name DocProperty. In the Options, select the Manager property, and then click OK.]
9. Insert a Fill-in field at the end of each paragraph listed in Table 1 below. Include a prompt for each Fill-in field as shown in bold in Table 1. Do not enter any sample text when prompted.

10. Insert a Spanish translation as follows as a courtesy for employees whose first language is Spanish:
a. Set the translation language to Spanish.
b. Use the Office Translate feature to translate the text "Return this form to Human Resources at info@hr.example.edu" to Spanish. (You must use the Office Translate feature to receive credit for this step.)
c. Copy and paste the Spanish translation into the blank paragraph at the end of the document.
