- 350 grams of beef slice

- 1 tsp of grated garlic
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 tsp of cornstarch

Ingredients for stir-frying
- 2.5 tbsp of oil
- the marinated beef
- 10 cloves of garlic, diced

- 2 ounces of sliced carrot
