1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp water (if needed, to thin out)
1 tsp aminos or soy sauce
▻Protein Cookie Dough for 1:
1 scoop of vegan protein powder
1 serving vegan pudding mix (11g)
3 oz plant based milk
7g vegan chocolate chips

▻Lateral raises 20, 15, 12, 10, 8...drop set (increasing weight every set)
▻Front raises 3 sets 15
▻(Rear delt) rope cable face pull 3 sets 15 reps
▻Heavy hip thrust 4 sets 5 reps
▻Cable standing hip abduction 3 sets 12 reps
▻ Banded side to side walk 2 sets *burnout (AMRAP)
