Sen. Rand Paul objected to passing a House-passed anti-lynching bill, saying he would only allow it to unanimously pass if changes were made. The move incensed Sens. Kamala Harris and Cory Booker, who spoke passionately about the significance of the bill being blocked at the same moment a memorial service was being held for George Floyd.
