NEWLY ORDAINED PRIEST AT OMAHINDA
OMUTHIYA ROMAN CATHOLIC MISSION
Dc. Simeon Nghiimbwasha was raised to the order of priesthood as a Diocesan priest over the weekend at Omuthiya Catholic Mission. The Archbishop of Windhoek, His Grace Archbishop Liborius Ndumbukuti Nashenda OMI presided over the ordination celebration. The Newly ordained priest is the first Catholic priest to hail from Omuthiya pastoral district.
It was announced that he will be helping at Omuthiya pastoral district until the end of October 2022. Thereafter he will be going to Aminuis in Omaheke Deanery to help Fr. Paulus Tomanga while waiting for his first mission.
Close to forty (40) priests four (4) deacon plus members of the faithful participated in the celebration.
