It’ been so long since I have done a video, but I’m back! During this year I had a lot of things going on as to why I haven’t been making videos. It had to do with my physical health and working a lot. Also my laptop Is sort of not functioning properly and It’s hard to try to edit videos. (My apologies if there’s any glitching or background noise) I will try my best to get a new laptop for better content as well as a better camera , But I will be giving you guys more updates on my new loc journey ! So here’s a quick recap…I have been natural for 6 years on and off. I wanted locs, but couldn’t achieve the look I wanted when I started my locs with 2 strand twist back In 2019. I came across a video of permanent loc extensions and fell in love with them. Fast forwarding, a week ago I got my loc extensions installed and I love them. It’s the best decision I made for my hair and now I can wear my locs anyway I want and not have to deal with the loose tangled hair and I have so many styling options I can do. I would highly recommend loc extensions If you don’t want to go through the stages and still look good. But keep in mind these are PERMANENT and you can’t take them out unless you want to cut your hair off and restart. I will be keeping my extensions In for a few years and during that time I will get maintenance done. After a few years or more will slowly cut the loc extensions off and keep my real locs In.

What Length Is my natural hair before loc extensions? 3inches

What length is my locs? 10 inch-12inch

What hair was used? The locs are 100% Afro kinky human hair and was Handmade w/ crochet needle

What size are my locs? Small-small medium

What’s the price? (Price may vary) I paid almost $2000 also every state Is different, since I live in Florida the price is usually $1000 and can go up depending on the loctician! But I did have to put down a $550 deposit fee. I also did a payment plan and paid every week

How did my loctician install my locs? She crocheted my natural hair to create a Instant loc and installed the loc extensions

Loc count? 71 locs

When did my loctician say I can wash my locs? I have to wait 3 months to wash and retwist, but I can wash it at 2 months. (Most likely I will wait until 3 months for a wash)
