Wings! Comparison Cook, Flattop VS Air fryer on the Blackstone Air Fryer Combo! Who won?

Bell and Evans chicken wings cooked 2 ways, flattop vs Air Fryer. Used Killer Hogs Hot Sauce. Watch to see how they turned out!

• Started with a few pounds of Bell and Evans chicken wings.
• Did not put any seasoning on for the cook.
• Set up the Blackstone for making these on the flat top and also the Air Fryer to see what worked better.
• Put the wings on the grill and placed in the air fryer.
• We flipped a few times on the flattop and we moved them around in the air fryer basket plus added a little olive oil.
• Once done, removed them and added Killer Hogs Hot Sauce to some.

Summary: The wings on the flattop actually came out a little crispier than from the air fryer which surprised me. I probably should have left them in the air fryer a little longer.

They were both great because we started with quality chicken and use a good spice!
