Good Friday

Happy Good Friday. Jesus understands pain. He was tortured and died on a cross. Because He loves us.

When you're in pain remember that God understands our pain. He lived on this painful earth, in a human body that experienced emotional and physical pain..

He shed His blood so we could have eternal life. Also so we could live with His Spirit inside of us.

Christ's Spirit doesn't fix our pain but it comforts us, strengthens us, empowers us, as we go to Him daily.

It's a daily journey of communion with God... Something we didn't have before Jesus's sacrifice on the cross.
