Living in Idaho, I'd love to have a better set up for my birds for the colder months but right now I just have half my aviaries indoors and half outdoors - so as temps drop to 40 and below at night, I keep them inside with the big door open during the day and close it up before those evening temps hit. As winter really comes, I won't be able to open the door much at all but they are receive full spectrum lighting and we try to take them on as much of our tour and on freeflight trips as we can to get them out and about.
