Modern Alchemy: How to make Charcoal in a retort

Here i present for you a demonstration of how charcoal is made with the retort method. this is not the only way but i see it as the easiest, if not simplest, and safest way. Do enjoy, don't forget to like and comment, i can't improve what I don't know.
