Just out of a private collection, Vanguard Motor Sales is pleased to offer this highly original, 3 owner, 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Fastback. This car was sold new at Ray Schultens Ford, Inc., The Dalles, OR, on June 30, 1970. The vehicle was delivered exactly as it is presented today: Medium Red Paint over White Rhino/Corinthian Vinyl Bucket Seats, G-Code Boss Engine, 4-Speed Close Ratio Transmission and Optional 3.91 Traction-Lok Rear Axle. The car came highly optioned including: Black Hood Stripe, Convenience Group, 15 inch Belted Tires with Raised White Letters, Shaker Hood Scoop, Sport Deck Rear Seat, Console, Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, AM/8-Track Stereo Radio, Space Saver Spare, Heavy Duty Battery, Magnum 500 Chrome Wheels, and Factory Tachometer. This Boss has had 3 owners with the current owner / enthusiast owning the car for the last 19 years. In those 19 years, the car was properly stored, consistently maintained and driven on occasion. As a result, the car is fully sorted, turn-key and a complete thrill to drive. The quality of this car is apparent as it was invited and displayed at the world renowned Gilmore Car Museum in Hickory Corners, MI as part of their American Muscle Car History Display for 2013.
