a small rolling island with storage and butcher block top would be extremely handy in my kitchen... found something suitable in size, storage and durability for $10.48 on TEMU. I have a glass cutting board I can put on top of it. Glass is more hygienic anyway. Saved a bunch. Sturdy with a nice wood top.
glass cutting boards are more hygienic than wooden or stone cutting boards that wear over time... glass cutting boards do not leave any porous surface for bacteria to hide... you do have to be mindful though...
