In this episode, Wayne came home for Easter weekend. We went bass fishing on the kayak for a few days as well. Of course we wanted to catch bass, however, swimbaits were producing more bites than the jerk baits, or crankbaits. So we ended up going with what worked. It was quite windy so it did affect our strategy as it is still early for the Sanko.

We ended up catching some decent fish. However, the pickerel bite was extreme both literally and figuratively. We certainly don't mind the pickerel; however, it is not a fish that we actively target. We catch them by accident when fishing for other species. However, I got more that I bargained for in this episode.
