I wrote a new book which inspired this video. It's an ebook which provides a pracical guide to dealing with fear when pregnant. I will share more on this later but super excited about it.

The principles I share in the book are applicable in every area of life and even as I recorded this video, I had to apply everything I was speaking about. I guess practice makes perfect. lol.

I struggled with the concept of just talking to a camera and my inability to edit great videos but I had so much I wanted to share and know God was pushing me so I decided to start with just what I have.
