Back on Vault After One Year Off | Whitney Bjerken

It's been 8 months since I had surgery on my elbow for osteochondritis dissecans and well over a year since I was diagnosed with the injury.

The vault is kind of scary...running as fast as you can at an immovable object, planting your arms on the ground in front of it, then flipping onto and over it, hoping that you land on your feet, etc. Things went well today except for smacking my face on the mat!
