Can You Build A Brand New ZX80/81 From 100% New Parts?

With the recent demise of my ZX81 mainboard (I'm still working on recovery) and the lack of an immediately available drop in replacement, well at least until the RetroShack version is ready for release, I thought it was time to give this ZX80/81 clone project a go.
