then, the cost of construction for 1000 sq. ft. house = 1200 x 1000 = 12,00,000

material required for 1000 sq ft construction:(50%)
Steel - 24 % = 12,00,000 x 0.24 = 288,000
Cement - 16 % = 12,00,000 x 0.16 = 1,92,000
Aggregate - 8 % = 12,00,000 x 0.08 = 96,0000
Sand - 12 % =12,00,000 x 0.12 = 1,44,000
This 4 Material cost around 50 % of total construction cost.
