BMW F10 M5 Detail Series: E1 - Decontamination

It's the start of the many episodes for the F10 M5! The long detail series will start out with the Decontamination step which will get the paint ready for polishing. I start with a rinse & a wash using Obsessed Garage Decontamination Soap. Next I remove any iron left on the surface with an iron remover like CarPro IronX, once it has set for a while give it a rinse off. Now we want to mechanically remove any contamination left on the paint with clay, I use a synthetic clay called a NanoSkin. After all these steps you dry your car and get ready for taping & polishing.

The next video will be cleaning the engine bay and dressing it with Meguiar's Hyper Dressing.
