Blueberry Muffins

Wet Ingredients :
• 1 cup brown or white sugar P11.00
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola oil - P11.00
• 2 large eggs - P15.00
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract - P2.00

Dry Ingredients:
• 2 cups all purpose flour - 12.00
• 1 tbsp baking powder - P2.00
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder - P3.00
• 1/2 tsp iodized salt - P0.50
• 3/4 cup fresh milk - P15.00

Fillings and toppings
1/2 cup canned blueberries, Comstock brand - P55.00
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or chopped almonds - P20.00

Baking Time:
* Preheat oven at 180⁰C for 15 minutes, then bake for 40 minutes to 50 minutes depending on the size of your muffin or until the stick test comes out clean. Make sure to keep an eye for it after 30 minutes.
* If using 3 oz cupcake liner, bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
* Turn the pan around halfway through the baking around 25 mins for even cooking or 10 minutes if using cupcake liners.
*You can also cook this in water steam or dry steam in low heat at the same time.
