In this video Dr. Floros welcomes new employees and employees whose job duties have change, possibly exposing them to new risks. He emphasizes the importance of working safely and minimizing the impact on our environment.

To achieve that desired outcome, training is a vital component. Unit managers and supervisors are encouraged to conduct a needs assessment for the purpose of aligning work activities to training programs offered through the Environmental Health and Safety Office.
