Say Nothing: Wind of Change
Patrick Radden Keefe, an award-winning staff writer for The New Yorker, has always powerfully laid out stories that illuminate a much larger picture. His recent literary adventures include an eight-part podcast called ‘Wind of Change’, which investigates the strange confluence of espionage and pop music during the Cold War. His other recent work ‘Say Nothing: A True Story of Murder and Memory in Northern Ireland’, follows the story of a missing mother in the years of the Irish Troubles, and unravels a history which is still very raw. In conversation with author and literary editor Finton O’Toole, Radden Keefe gives us a glimpse into his writing process and inspirations.
