Landmine Squat

This is an excellent squat variation for anyone who has suffered low back issues or needs to build their core strength. The bar being anchored and loaded in the front, allows for a bigger range of motion and depth (easily) in many people who suffer to get low on a squat or fear throwing a bar on their back because of past injuries.
