Boneless Tandoori Chicken – Juicy, Smoky & Irresistible!
✅ Ingredients:
For marination (2 steps):
First Marination:
• Boneless chicken (thighs or breast) – 500g
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Second Marination:
• Thick curd – 3 tbsp (hung curd or thick yogurt)
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1½ tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Garam masala – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – ½ tsp
• Mustard oil – 1 tbsp (optional but adds flavor)
• Salt – to taste
Others:
• Butter or ghee – for basting
• Chat masala & lemon wedges – for garnish

✅ Method:
1. Clean and cut chicken into bite-sized boneless chunks.
2. Mix chicken with lemon juice, salt, and red chilli powder – marinate for 30 mins.
3. Prepare second marinade and coat the chicken well. Marinate for 4+ hours or overnight.
4. Skewer the chicken or place on a grill tray.
5. Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20–25 mins or air-fry for 15 mins, turning halfway.
– OR –
Pan sear in a grill pan till charred and cooked through.
6. Baste with butter or ghee while grilling for that smoky flavor.
7. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon
