Warmup: 20reps x 3 rounds of following
1. Pulse squat jumps
2. Pulse backward lunges
3. Glute bridges

1a. High Bar Squats
5set x 6-8reps | 4s lowering phase
15s REST
- SUPERSET WITH -
1b. Alternating Backwards Stepping lunges
5set x 10-12reps | 2s lowering phase
REST TIME: 2min between sets
2a. BB Romanian Deadlift - pause in bottom
5set x 6-8reps | 2s lowering phase, 2s pause
15s REST
- SUPERSET WITH -
2b. Lying Leg Curls - toes down
5set x 10-12reps | 2s lowering phase
REST TIME: 2min between sets
3. BB Hip Thrusts
4set x 10-12reps | 3s lowering phase
REST TIME: 60 sec between sets
