Learn How to Delegate

We can’t do it all. And we shouldn’t! Delegating is a necessary skill for a happy and strong entrepreneur.

One of the trickiest parts of being an entrepreneur is pushing through the desire to do everything yourself. It is so tempting to live by the old mantra “if you want something done right, do it yourself”. But this isn’t always true!

Personally, I choose to delegate my non-people related tasks. While I do the coaching, mentoring, and working with clients, I can delegate the paperwork. I may come up with ideas, but I delegate them to other intelligent, creative people on staff to execute!

Delegating can up YOUR income, so don’t be afraid to share the workload! Consider if there is something you can take off your plate by delegating to someone else.
