Stanford "Think Again" film #2 : Student Stories

Student Story Gallery which draws the arc from applying to Stanford, to getting in, to attending and graduating with a sense of responsibility and legacy; all through candid interviews with students. There is at least one student from each city through which the tour passed.

Again, presented on two, adjacent screens with a 15' stage, in between, these films are designed to bring the audience into the creation of their own experience through "closing the gap" between the screens in their own minds - much like enjoying Julie Taymor's costumes in "Lion King." In the candid words of the undergraduates, the experience of going through Stanford is articulated in an interweaving of personal experience; at once showing the unique nature of the institution and, when shown in tandem with Film #3 : "Symphony of Voices," the universality of the student body, through the decades...
