INGREDIENTS:

🔹For the cake:

3 large Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
3/4 cup Milk
1 cup Fine Coconut
1 1/2 cup Plain flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

🔹For the Pudding:

3 cups Milk
2 tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Corn flour
1 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar or Essence
1 cup Sugar
250g Mascarpone
