I review the fourth arc of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, which is also known as the Osaka Incident Arc. It was 7 chapters long from chapters 29 - 35. There was a huge drop in quality from the previous arcs to this one. I believe that Knuckleduster's absence is partly to blame.
