Are you scared is often one of the first questions I have when people find out I live in Mexico. If you asked us the first year, we may have told you yes. But we have gotten past the media hype of how dangerous Mexico is. Don't get me wrong, there are things that happen here, but if you live in any big city in the United States it is no different. There are bad people everywhere.
