TORTA O PASTEL TRES LECHES EN COPA (con relleno)

Una torta tres leches con una presentación diferente! Les dejo la receta completa 😊

≪ Ingredientes para 1 Bizcocho ≫
(para el video usé 2 bizcochos, es decir el doble de la receta)

➤ 5 Huevos (separados)
➤ 110gr Azúcar
➤ 120gr Harina
➤ 1/2 cdta Polvo de hornear
➤ 2 cdas o 25ml Leche, Agua o Licor
➤ Pizca de Sal
➤ Esencia de Vainilla (opcional)

≪ Ingredientes Baño de 3 Leches ≫

➤ 800ml Leche entera

➤ 250ml Crema de Leche (mejor si tiene min. 35% materia grasa) (Receta casera: https://youtu.be/HY-klkf7mTs)
➤ 30ml Whisky, canela en polvo, esencia de vainilla (opcionales)

≪ Ingredientes Merengue Italiano ≫

➤ 5 Claras de huevo (150gr aprox)
➤ 300gr Azúcar
➤ 80ml Agua
➤ Esencia de vainilla
