Casa de la Luz - Alejandro Giménez Architects

Located in one of the most traditional street in the old town of Estepona, this house was thought as a refuge for the owners.
For this project we had to maintain the original façade playing inside with traditional materials and contemporary spaces.
All the levelsare connected through a black metal stairs which gives character to the house thanks to its thin profiles designed carefully and craft made.
The ground floor of the house was designed as an open spaces which includes the living room, tv area with an open kitchen, endingin and Andalusian courtyard full of Buganvillasthat provides natural light and fresh air to the whole house.
