How to brew a Wheat Beer

In this video I provide a step-by-step overview of home brewing some beer. Today's brew will be a wheat beer. The recipe for this beer is as follows:

- 3 Pounds of Pilsner DME
- 3.5 Pounds of malted white wheat grain
- 12 ounces of German Munich Malt grain
- 0.5 ounces of Cascade hops
- 3 11 gram packets of a German wheat beer style dry yeast

This is a fairly simple beer to make, and produces a very drinkable session beer. Because I use cascade hops rather than German noble hops, it is not true to the traditional German Hefe Weizen style of beer, but I find this modification to produce an enjoyable flavor.
