Here is an extreme case of dead skin build on feet. Unfortunately, this patient suffers from a condition that causes excessive build up of hard skin.

There is no real cure for this condition. Whether she wears well cushioned shoes or doesn't even walk at all, her hard skin will come back. Our goal with treatment is to reduce as much of the hard skin possible to give her temporary relief.
